Big NO. They do not make girls bulky. They are actually beneficial to melting your fats. Most girls think that they will get big arms after doing a workout using kettle bells but that’s a myth that must be forgotten. If anything, kettle bells has helped a lot of girls with big arms to get fit 

  1. You Can’t Use It Everyday

Of course you can use it every day. It is great for gaining lean muscles for men and losing fatty arms for girls. Whoever said that you can’t use it on a regular basis is probably only making false accusations as kettle bells are really helpful for you to stay strong and fit.

Nope. Sadly, kettle bells can only be used for a short period of time so you will not get injured. Again, it’s not about how long you’ve used a kettle bell, it’s about the intensity and force that you are exerting.
