You Can’t Use It Everyday
Of course you can use it every day. It is great for gaining lean muscles for men and losing fatty arms for girls. Whoever said that you can’t use it on a regular basis is probably only making false accusations as kettle bells are really helpful for you to stay strong and fit.

Again, it’s not about how long you’ve used a kettle bell, it’s about the intensity and force that you are exerting.
